Set everything to advanced
Then go to general.

You can make new categories and new forums to go along with it.
~Forum address

~Messages and Emails

~Forum deletion
Please dont do anything here.

All admins SHOULD have the same privileges. They SHOULD be able to

Reply in locked topics
Edit/delete other people's posts
Lock topics
Create forums
Lock forums
Delete forums
Delete topics
Ban people
Unban people
Set people's post count to any number (including negative)
Give moderator/admin status to people
Change the board settings
Change people's username/password
Do anything that a normal user can do

I believe that admins do have that power, if more, and I know that I do.
However I am the 'super'-admin because I made this forum so I dont yet what the other admin(s) can do.

Hmm... Shoulda Read that more carefully.
Im not sure if they can change their post count...
But yeah the can delete accounts I believe and I know they can change passwords and names.
