Showing work:

subtract 1 from both sides of a) x = 2-1 =1

b) substract 4 from both sides to get x = 7-4=3
c)substract 7 from both sides to get x = 3-7 = -4

Of course, normally teachers will make you check your work and show it, but these are so trivial i doubt it matters.
