shoud we have a test?

ive been thinking whether we need a test for those people who want to be moderators to become them? (of course they have to be suggested by at least 2 admins )

here should be some requirements to take the test:

1. must have sufficient number of stars (3 or 4)

2.must be suggested by 2 admins (or 3 mods)

if all admins suggest him/her that person instantly becomes a moderator

as for admin you must have at least a 1300 rating in aops

2. 5 or 6 stars

3. must be suggested by 2/3 of admins

4. must have 2/3 vote by all users on TMF who answer the poll.

5. then he is tested bye 3 admins and if he does all of this he himself becomes an admin


is this good for requirements?

Dude mines 1216!!!
Also having a lot of posts isn't always good...
But yes a certain amount movement is good.
I will decide admins (because i am the almighty admin )
But for mods from now on they will be elected democratically.

fine then they must have 500 posts on aops instead of a 1300 rating

anyway now we have to think about how to bring down an admin. to get rid of an admin 3-4 other admins must agree that this admin is not being responsible. then it moves to the moderators. the moderators cast a poll and if 2/3s of all of those who take the poll agree then the admins cast a confrence or a "trial" to convict the admin. if they succeed then the admin is thrown down to the title of user.

as for moderator simply a dismissal of 3 admins is enough to dissmiss a mod unless 2 admins disagree then a poll decides whether or not the mod stays or doesnt.

I have like almost 400 posts
And we only have 2 admins now.
So I dont think the admin thing is required yet. But we'll see.

I agree that we shoudl have some requirements, but I'm not sure if these are great. Maybe responsibility, and then mods could suggest new mods to the admins.

remember that this is just a draft we will modify it as time goes oni just tried to make it big because i didnt want it to be a popularity contest. or i.e. ding makes dozens of accounts to become admin
